Books in Bloom 2025

Join Chicago-North Romance Writers on Friday evening, July 11, and Saturday, July 12, 2025 for panels, lunch, a Tea and Fashion show where we will showcase outfits inspired by book covers, and a public book signing.

Spend a weekend meeting a favorite author or getting to know a new one.

We will also auction off a basket filled with goodies as a door prize for a randomly drawn winner.

Books In Bloom will be held at the Sonesta Chicago O’Hare Airport Rosemont Hotel.

READERS:

• VIP - $150 (includes Friday night buffet, meet the authors event and other fun activities, all of the Saturday meals and activities, plus one complimentary raffle ticket)
• Premiere - $100 (all Saturday activities-breakfast, panels, lunch, tea & fashion show, one complimentary raffle ticket)
• Tea and Fashion show ONLY - $45 (afternoon refreshments and attendance at the fashion show, one complimentary raffle ticket)

AUTHORS:

• Full table and food (Friday and Saturday) - $200
• Half table and food (Saturday) - $100
• Tea and Fashion Show inclusion - $50

All ticket types will receive a swag bag. The free book signing, open to the public, will follow the tea and fashion show.

Chicago-North is reserving a small block of rooms Friday and Saturday at the hotel in case you'd like to arrive the night before or stay the night after the event. The cost is $129 per night plus taxes. The hotel is pleased to offer complimentary guest room Wi-Fi and complimentary parking.
